Where do I specify the amount?

Click "donate." At the top of the resulting page, enter the "Donation amount," then click "Update Total." Then enter your credit card and contact information.

How do I enter the "Payment Type"? I clicked on a credit card image and nothing happened.

The payment type is selected for you based on your credit card number. You don't need to click on a credit card image.

How do I get a receipt?

After your donation is complete, you have the option to print a receipt.

How will my donation appear on my credit card statement?

It will show as "PAYPAL *LVR".
